Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - 5-8 years relevant work experience in delivering projects using the agile methodology for Risk (preferably Market Risk in Investment or Corporate Banking) and Finance projects especially around data sourcing - Understanding data concepts and being able to perform data analysis. - Proficient use of SQL and Python - Ability to assimilate information quickly, make informed decisions, ability to use own initiative to resolve issues/ investigate and find solutions. - Regular and confident interaction with end-users and customers having strong focus on delivering strategic solutions for the business. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Develop and implement strategies to improve business agility and drive innovation. - Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Identify and recommend solutions to address business challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of business process automation tools. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. - Understanding of change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
