Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop technical solutions based on client requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Conduct technical feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Architecture & Planning - Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform - Experience in translating client requirements into deliverable solutions - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture - This position is based at our Kolkata office - An Equivalent Qualification is required
