Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Analyze and design new business processes - Create documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies - Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases - Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases - Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required
