Job Description

Project Role : Cloud Operations Administrator
Project Role Description : Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
Must have skills : Service Integration and Management (SIAM)

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Change Management, ITIL V4 - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices - Experience in managing and resolving critical incidents - Knowledge of ITIL framework and Change Management principles - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Graduate or above degree is required
