Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with team members, analyzing business requirements, and developing and implementing application solutions. You will also actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop application solutions based on business process and requirements. - Configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System. - Solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies. - Familiarity with Salesforce security and data management. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
