Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft Intune system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the Microsoft Intune system or application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and functionality. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner. - Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Intune and related technologies to provide proactive support and guidance to clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions. - Strong understanding of system and application support principles. - Knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident management processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
