Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft 365 system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the Microsoft 365 system or application. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to provide proactive support and guidance to clients. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. - Provide training and guidance to clients on using Microsoft 365 effectively and efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for Microsoft 365 issues. - Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange Online. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and logs. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
