Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, Accenture is seeking a skilled Consultant specializing in Access Management and Certificate Management. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing solutions for Microsoft Active Directory (MSFT AD), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/EntraID), and Certificate Management including MS PKI and DigiCert. Roles & Responsibilities: Access Management: - Design, implement, and manage MSFT AD and Azure AD/EntraID solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD SSO, MFA, and authentication/authorization. - Handle incidents and service requests for user access, single sign-on, and federation (SAML/OIDC). - Maintain and operate ADFS and Azure AD Connect. - Monitor and manage Azure AD synchronization to AD. - Support multi-factor authentication methods and manage SSO policies and integrations. Directory Services: - Manage AD domains, trusts, and OU configurations. - Configure AD sites and services, and manage directory infrastructure (trusts, Kerberos, replication). - Handle top-level OU hierarchies, GPO links, and directory synchronizations. - Perform minor schema updates and domain controller promotions/demotions. - Manage application and system components for Active Directory. - Support system backups and Azure AD Connect policies. General Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Participate in project planning and documentation. - Support audits, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination. - Conduct problem management, root cause analysis, and update documentation. - Develop and maintain SOPs and Runbooks. - Provide system health checks and proactive performance tuning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in access and certificate management. - Strong knowledge of MSFT AD and Azure AD/EntraID. - Experience with MS PKI and DigiCert. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
