Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective troubleshooting and resolution of application issues. - Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance. - Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques. - Experience in analyzing and resolving complex application issues. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with healthcare industry applications. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. - Omnicell Omnicenter Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Expertise in Pharmacy Workflow and Clinical Knowledge -Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Pharmacy Systems and middleware applications (DI). - Ensure that the Rx systems is properly integrated with other systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), billing, and inventory management software. - Collaborate with Rx staff and management to ensure the Rx apps meets operational requirements and regulatory standards. - Manage all Rx apps upgrades, patches, and any necessary customizations. - Knowledge of HL7 messages and TCP/IP. - Database: Oracle/MS. SQL - Software installation, Administration, Configuration. - Instruments config and troubleshooting - Server Administration & Vulnerabilities Remediation - Manage efforts to integrate third-party applications with the Rx apps to streamline Rx workflows and enhance operational efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues between the Rx app and third-party systems (e.g., middleware, reporting tools, instruments, etc.). - Assist in the development and maintenance of interfaces between the Rx apps and other 3rd Party Vendor applications. - Ready to support during US Business Hours - Provide technical support for Rx staff and other system users, ensuring quick resolution of issues related to Rx third-party applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
