Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and elicit feedback from stakeholders. - Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation and testing of requirements. - Provide support during the testing phase, including test case creation and defect resolution. - Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of the business solution and identify areas for further improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
