Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
• Skills requirement • Strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow ITSM/HAM Pro, BMC, Flexera • Minimum 2-4 years of experience ServiceNow • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management • Experience in IT Asset Management process and operational delivery environment. • ServiceNow certificate (CIS ) , CHAMP, CAMP, CITAM certification is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Works on Service tickets and tasks for updating the CMDB Generates weekly, monthly out of box reports for KPI reporting Performs reconciliation activity with discovery sources for identifying inventory gaps. Certification - ITIL Foundation Professional Attributes: • Excellent communication skills • Expert knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) • Ability to work in a team environment. • Must have Skills: Software licensing & Software Asset Management Tools • Good to Have Skills: Analytical and Communication Skills Educational Qualification: • 15 years of full-time education
