Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications using React.js and other relevant technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand project requirements, designing and implementing application features, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop efficient and scalable applications using React.js and other relevant technologies. - Implement application features and functionality according to design specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the applications meet quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications in production. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies. - Identify and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Personal Insurance. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with responsive design and mobile development. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
