Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing service level agreements, and utilizing tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective mobilization and execution of assigned programs and projects. - Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing complex programs and projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data to drive informed decision-making. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
