Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and test software applications using SAP TM Transportation Management. - Ensure the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. - Debug and resolve any issues or defects in the code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the code quality and best practices are followed. - Document the application design, development, and testing processes. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Experience with SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP TM Transportation Management integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience with SAP Fiori. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
