Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to address complex challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop high-quality applications that meet business needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Document application design, development, and maintenance processes. - Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI Financial Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules. - Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules like MM, SD, and PP. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO reports and dashboards. - Knowledge of SAP CO master data management and data migration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - A 15 years full time education is required.
