Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Critical Incident Management system or application. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve resolving client issues, communicating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Critical Incident Management system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Resolve client issues by accurately defining the problem and designing appropriate resolutions. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of the Critical Incident Management system or application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Critical Incident Management. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving critical incidents in a timely manner. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
