Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. You will ensure the smooth operation of cloud services and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's cloud infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of cloud services. - Monitor and manage cloud resources to optimize performance and cost. - Perform capacity management to ensure adequate resources are available. - Assist in billing and show back operations to track and allocate cloud costs. - Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to reduce cloud expenses. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and hypervisors. - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PowerShell scripting. - Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
