Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze financial data and prepare reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. - Identify and correct financial or operational concerns. - Conduct strategic analysis to aid in decision-making. - Manage and prioritize financial planning and analysis activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Financial Management. - Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting. - Experience in conducting strategic analysis and providing recommendations. - Knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Financial Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
