Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and providing technical expertise to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team - Design solutions that meet the project's objectives - Oversee the development and testing process -HDL/Fast Formula/Payroll Calculation FF, Payroll Objects - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise - Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - Experience with configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations - Experience with data migration and integration - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR - Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
