Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Ensure high levels of commitment from sponsors. - Provide strategic agenda support. - Implement innovative solutions for service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of service delivery processes. - Experience in contract management and shared service coordination. - Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques. - Hands-on experience in strategic agenda development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
