Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and elicit business needs. - Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions. - Provide support and guidance to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices. - Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Knowledge of CRM system integration and data migration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Btech degree is required.
