Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will contribute to the success of the project by leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions. - Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules. - Experience with ServiceNow development tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. - Familiarity with IT asset management and configuration management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
