Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As a Cloud Operations Lead, you will support the Cloud operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Highly diversified in cloud infra with expertise primarily in AWS and Azure as well - Should be versatile with SRE based delivery model - Our client is focusing on SRE and as a Cloud lead we expect you to focus, strategize and implement SRE based tasks - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Contribute to the overall success of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure, AWS Architecture, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Cloud Resilience Quality Engineering. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure. - Experience in AWS Architecture and Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Expertise in Cloud Resilience Quality Engineering. - Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining production systems. - Knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
