Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve designing and developing applications, collaborating with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Contribute to key decisions - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications is required. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development is recommended. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Microsoft Dataverse is suggested. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure - Strong understanding of software development principles - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Knowledge of CRM SDK and plugin development - Familiarity with web services and integration with CRM - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration - Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems - Hands-on experience in developing plugins and workflows - Knowledge of JavaScript and C# programming languages - Experience in Data Verse - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service and Field Service - Experience in developing custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications - Experience is collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions - Experience in integrating Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows into CRM applications - Experience in Optimizing performance and scalability of applications - Stay updated on latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development trends Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
