Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. With your expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, you will provide innovative solutions to problems and contribute to the success of multiple teams. Key responsibilities a : Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC) b : Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills c : Perform Impact analysis d : Design in Salesforce LWC e : Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX f : Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical responsibilities a : Must have at least 5 Salesforce certifications b : Must have more than 7 years of Salesforce experience c : Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model d : Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class Professional a : Must have good communication skill b : Capable of working in client facing roles c : Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources d : Capable of leading a team of 10+ members Education a : BE / BTech / Bsc / Other graduation
