Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are efficient, reliable, and scalable. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing application components, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop application components based on business requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. - Document application design, development, and deployment processes. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. - Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing principles. - Experience with data integration and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
