Job Description

Project Role : Technology Delivery Lead
Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. - Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timeline. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress to senior management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
