Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of the project. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor junior team members and help them grow professionally. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, and writing clean, maintainable code. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Good understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
