Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve application quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions. - Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS for ServiceNow customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
