Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Financial Accounting Core. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the applications meet the desired functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs. - Ensure the applications meet the desired functionality and user experience. - Conduct testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application design and development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Record Report Expirience. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices for Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
