Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to quality and play a crucial role in keeping our world-class systems running smoothly. Data Transmissions Solutions Summary: The Data Transmissions Solutions analyst will manage and support file transfer systems, focusing on Sterling File Gateway, Secure+, Connect Direct, and Unix/Linux, Windows & Mainframe environments. The role involves resolving technical issues, ensuring secure data transmissions, and supporting operations across various platforms. Flexibility in shift timings and a willingness to work within a support structure are essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Experience with Sterling File Gateway · Experience with Secure+ and/or Certificate Management · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sterling File Gateway, Secure+, Connect Direct, and Unix/Linux systems. · Perform problem tracking, root-cause analysis · Investigate and respond to service tickets promptly, minimizing operational disruptions · Willingness to work in flexible shifts and within a support structure. Preferred Qualifications: · Banking or financial services experience. · Experience with Service Now · Experience with Mainframes ISPF & Changeman Package creation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
