Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of financial applications. Join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's digital transformation journey. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud Financials. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Assist in the development of project plans and resource allocation. - Create business process models based on the requirements. Mapping industry trends and best practices to the clients' unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit. Capable of defining architecting and re-engineering business processes - Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint - Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and unit integration and acceptance testing Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Cloud Financials modules. - Knowledge of integration points between Oracle Cloud Financials and other systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, consulting skills and presentation skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Candidate should be willing to work in shifts - Location flex available.
