Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You will leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Build efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Spring Boot. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
