Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. A typical day in this role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and troubleshooting and resolving application issues. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the overall success of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Implement and maintain application features and functionality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Experience with back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot or Node.js. - Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
