Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements. - Analyze business needs and design scalable and efficient solutions. - Lead the development team in building and configuring applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities. - Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud. - Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
