Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.  Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The role also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational workflows. The Business Process Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging business goals with technological advancements through thoughtful process design and stakeholder partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and business process modeling techniques.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Skilled in identifying gaps in current processes and recommending practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business needs to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
