Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to meet user needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth functionality and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality software code that meets user requirements. - Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Ensure that applications are developed according to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. " Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. "Must Have Skills: 1. A very robust knowledge and deep experience in Software development using C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI, Angular and SQL Server. 2. Experience with developing and consuming Web API/ Rest API. 3. Experience in database concepts such as DDL, DML and SQL Programming such as procedures, functions. 4. Proficient in CSS, Typescript, HTML, Bootstrap and writing cross-browser compatible code. 5. Should have good troubleshooting and debugging skills. 6. Minimum 7 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web Services. 7. Experience with Source Control Management systems, such as TFS, GIT, or SVN. 8. Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines. 9. Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. 10. Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps. Good to Have Skills: 1. Knowledge/Experience in .Net Core, TFS, GIT. 2. Knowledge/Experience of Agile methodology and Sprint based project delivery 3. Knowledge/Experience in Azure DevOps."
