Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's operations and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business needs and requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business process requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration concepts and best practices. - Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems and landscapes. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems. - Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patching processes. - Understanding of SAP transport management and change control processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
