Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the maintenance and administration of EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. - Monitor storage performance and capacity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions. - Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity. - Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery plans. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in storage technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of storage area network concepts and protocols. - Knowledge of storage virtualization and provisioning. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies. - Experience with storage performance tuning and optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
