Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the maintenance and support of production and development systems. - Configure services on various platforms. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Troubleshoot basic and intermediate level issues. - Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems. - Provide hardware and software support. - Assist in the implementation of software solutions. - Conduct system testing and debugging. - Document technical procedures and processes. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtualized environments. - Knowledge of server and network administration. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
