Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and represent business needs through user and task analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and document new business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases. - Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs and ensure usability of new processes. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of new processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business process design. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business process management. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business process management methodologies and frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Experience in analyzing and designing business processes. - Strong understanding of process modeling and documentation techniques. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business process management. - Experience in conducting user and task analysis to represent business needs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
