Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team, making key decisions, and collaborating with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve overseeing project implementation, engaging with various teams, and contributing to key decisions to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Leverage global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) - Oversee project implementation - Engage with various teams - Contribute to key decisions to ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - SailPoint IdentityNow - Developer having strong knowledge on SailPoint Identity Now - 8+ years of experience in the development, integration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityNow products - Experience in Java & BeanShell programming & scripting skills to develop SailPoint integrations - Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow Development & ability to write workflows and rules and preparing forms - Should lead all the deployments i.e. Break fix or any enhancements made by operations team - Ability to set up applications, aggregations, and tasks - Should have strong background with Java, Unix and SQL commands - Should have good Java & scripting skills - Should be able to translate customer needs into suitable & maintable solution - Work with scrum master & client for defining sprint. Good to have knowledge on Jira or any similar tools - Should have skills on infrastructure design, requirements/gap analysis & from development experience - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow - Strong understanding of security services implementation - Experience in managing and delivering security projects - Knowledge of global delivery methods, tools, and assets - Experience with project implementation and delivery - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security services in a global delivery environment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
