Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates on project status. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the progress of assigned projects. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
