Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the application development process. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. - Strong understanding of warehouse management systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing Manhattan solutions. - Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes. - Hands-on experience in leading application development projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
