Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve analyzing security risks, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the organization's OT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security architecture for operational technology (OT) systems. - Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures for OT systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of OT infrastructure. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Conduct security assessments and audits of OT systems. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Platform Engineering. - Strong understanding of OT security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for OT systems. - Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. - Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. - Ability to conduct security assessments and penetration testing of OT systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
