Project Role: Software Development Engineer Project Role Description: Software development work in Java/J2EE technologies Work Experience:2+ Years Must Have Skills: Java/J2EE Technologies Good To Have Skills: Identity and Access Management --------------------- Key Responsibilities: Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Develop, implement and Test Java-based features and functionalities for applications. Write well-documented, testable, and reusable Java code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and product managers in India and potentially across other locations to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions. Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including object-oriented programming concepts. --------------------- Technical Experience: Solid understanding of J2EE technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, JDBC, EJB). Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with popular Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot). Knowledge of web services (e.g., SOAP, REST). Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
