Summary: As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments -- including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud. This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and integration of cloud solutions, as well as providing guidance and support to the development team. Your expertise in network infrastructures and deep knowledge of cloud platforms will be crucial in driving the organization's cloud strategy and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud architecture best practices. - Design and develop cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards. - Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, tools, and services to optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency. - Lead the implementation and migration of applications to cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to cloud architecture principles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of cloud architecture standards, policies, and procedures. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize cloud initiatives, and develop roadmaps and timelines for their implementation. - Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of cloud-based applications, and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting mechanisms. - Provide training and mentorship to junior cloud architects, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Cisco Firewall. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN. - Hands-on experience with network security technologies and protocols, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SSL/TLS. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Any graduate is required.
