Summary: As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved. Your day will involve evaluating AI systems and implementing ethical standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement responsible AI frameworks. - Conduct audits on AI systems to ensure ethical compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ethical concerns. - Stay updated on industry best practices in responsible AI. - Provide guidance on ethical decision-making processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Strong understanding of ethical AI principles. - Experience with AI ethics frameworks. - Knowledge of AI bias mitigation techniques. - Familiarity with AI governance and compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with machine learning interpretability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
