Summary: As a Procurement Operations Processor, you will execute all phases of the procurement process from sourcing activities, negotiation, and strategic selection of goods and services. You will ensure procurement solutions address metrics and service level agreements. Your typical day will involve managing procurement activities, analyzing supplier performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and selection of goods and services. - Analyze supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. - Monitor and report on procurement metrics and service level agreements. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve them. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with procurement software and tools. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Knowledge of contract management and negotiation techniques. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
