Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain optimal system functionality, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and services. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
